I've worked in organizational learning for Trailhead.com, Salesforce’s revolutionary free online learning platform. Trailhead is accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a computer or a phone. We deliver content that serves as a beacon for Salesforce users. By demystifying our technology’s user experience, we enable people with the skills needed to succeed in 4IR.
Salesforce x St.Stephen's College, New Delhi

Established India's first ever technical writing intership program at the prestigious St. Stephen's College, New Delhi (India's #1 liberal arts college).
Nammoora Kathe: Tales of Our City

Nammoora Kathe (Kannada for "Tales of our city") is a heritage educational program, funded by Salesforce.org, that INTACH brought to children in selected government and low-income schools in Bengaluru. The program highlighted the origins of the city and helped build a comprehensive understanding of its other dimensions: city planning, natural & cultural heritage, and local traditions.
Beating the Queer-antine Blues (BQB)

BQB was a week-long special programming series in May 2020 that explored how the Indian queer community could navigate the choppy waters of COVID-19.
As part of BQB, Outforce (Salesforce's LGBTQ ERG), in collaboration with Pride Circle and Suicide Prevention India Foundation (SPIF), presented a bouquet of programs to not only the Salesforce India Ohana but also the entire Indian queer community.
Transcend: Fundraiser

The novel coronavirus pandemic hit everyone, but some of us were hit harder. The worst affected are transgender people whose livelihoods have been wrecked by lockdowns and social distancing.
I organized a fundraiser with United Way of Hyderabad to help bring COVID-related material relief to the trans community.

To mark Global Pride Month in 2020, I curated a panel discussion with The Queer Muslim Project on a topic that's often ignored in conversations on LGBTQ inclusion: the role of religious belief in the lives of queer folx. This intersectional panel discussion unboxed what happens when queer people of different religious persuasions to come together to talk about their experiences.
Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training

LGBT+ youth are three times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers. And 8 out of 10 of those who are contemplating suicide will give out verbal or non-verbal signs. Partnering with Suicide Prevention India Foundation (SPIF), I organized a Gatekeeper training where participants learned how to recognize signs of suicide, display care and concern, persuade the person to get help, and refer to a mental health professional.
Unhushing LGBTQ Sexual Health

To mark World AIDS Day in 2019, I curated a highly interactive workshop with Humsafar Trust (one of India's oldest LGBTQ nonprofits) and YRG Care (one of India's leading experts in HIV testing) on sexual health issues in the LGBTQ community.
Destigmatizing LGBTQ Mental Health

To mark the first anniversary of the striking down of Sec 377, I curated a roleplay-based workshop with Mahesh Natarajan (Cofounder, InnerSight - Bangalore), on the mental health issues top of mind for the Indian queer community.
Pride Alliance @ Guardian Life India
D&I Advisor
Helped establish Pride Alliance, Guardian Life's LGBTQ employee resource group, at their India offices. Delivered a keynote to their India leadership team during their Leader Learning Week (LLW) on how equality for all is no longer a source of competitive advantage, but in fact a business imperative.
